How Do I Sign Up?Follow our 8 easy steps for your application.
Item Time

1. International Students will need to submit the documents as shown below:

  • Signed Application Form,
  • A non-refundable application fee of S$267.50(Early Applicants) or S$481.50(Regular) - incl of GST
  • Form V36,
  • 4 Passport-Sized Photographs
  • Copies of  Highest qualification/certification,
  • Photocopy of passport,
  • Financial credibility statements,
  • Working experience (if any)
  • English qualifications, etc

Examples of  qualification documents are:

  • Foundation Programme
  • Senior high school, or
  • International Baccalaureate, or
  • 12 years of formal education (subject to evaluation)
  • Related Advanced Diploma from Auston Institute of Management or
  • Polytechnic Related Diploma, or
  • Related Diploma and Advanced Diploma from recognised institutions
  • Certificate from recognized institutions.

Applications without relevant supporting documents will not be processed.

 

  
2. Auston will evaluate the application with all supporting documents received.

3 working days

3. Students will receive a Letter of Offer from Auston once your application is approved.  Application for the Student Pass will be submitted to the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoint Authority (ICA)

  

4. Upon the approval of your Student Pass Application, you will receive 2 items:

  • A CPE-Approved Student Contract
  • Student Pass In-Principal Approval from ICA

Approx.5 working days

5. To secure a place in our programme and avoid disappointment, kindly ensure that the CPE-Approved Student Contract and Letter of Offer are signed, accompanied by your first term payment  before the commencement date of the programme.

  

6. It is mandatory that all International students undergo a medical check-up upon their arrival in Singapore. Kindly approach your consultant for more details and recommendation of authorised medical clinics and centres.

Medical Examination Fee: Approx S$50.

 Medical Check-up Report - Approx. 3 days

7. Once your medical result has been received by Auston, an appointed day will be arranged and advised to proceed to the ICA for the collection of your successful Student Pass.

Please bring all original certifi cates, transcripts and other offi cial documents for your Student Pass collection.

  

8. See you at Orientation!

  

1  Should your application be unsuccessful for unforeseen reasons, you will be contacted by a member of our staff whom will provide you with professional advice on proceeding to an alternative.

2  Should your Student Pass application be unsuccessful due to unforeseen reasons, the institute will appeal on your behalf. Please note that there is a maximum of 3 appeals for each applicant. In some occasions, additional information and documentation may be further required.
