Requirements Minimum Diploma in TESOL/TEFL or equivalent Knowledge in IELTS requirements At least 3 years of language teaching experience is mandatory Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion to engage students in their studies progression Salary will commensurate with individual experience Non Academic Positions Position 3: Administration/Student Service Executive Reporting to the Head of Student Services, your role is to ensure the delivery of excellent student care and handle full administration function. You will also be responsible for maintaining the students' database for administrative reports and tracking. Other responsibilities include co-ordinating on orientation and monitoring the progress of the students.In addition, you are to handle and assist student enquiries and feedback in a service centre environment and you are required to work closely with the other departments to provide support to students. Requirements Degree/Professional Qualification/Diploma holders with strong analytical skills Full computer literacy including experience working with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint Strong administration background and able to multi-task effectively Must have strong initiative, highly-energetic, self-motivated team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills Must be meticulous and able to work independently with minimal supervision Pleasant personality with strong customer service and telephone skills Position 4: Recruitment Executive (Sales & Marketing) You will be responsible for promoting and selling of academic courses and programmes. You will develop and follow-up on new sales leads and meeting assigned sales targets. You will be required to perform assigned marketing activities and provide excellent front-line customer service. You will also be involved in Roadshows, Career Fairs and Programme Reviews. You will support and implement the school's marketing activities and perform supporting marketing administrative functions. You are expected to keep abreast of market practices and trends, update management on progress and performance of Roadshows and key counters.
