We also offer a wide variety of non-degree courses that will help you pick-up or develop the skills you need to get ahead.

The Foundation Diploma is designed for industry newcomers who want to break into the essential operations of hospitality. Covering the seven core pillars—from front office to food production—this course combines vocational readiness with academic rigor. It is the perfect entry point for those looking to qualify for immediate operational roles or secure a pathway to higher education.

Our Diploma programs bridge the gap between service delivery and strategic oversight. These courses are recognized as equivalent to the first year of university and dive deep into management principles, international brand strategy, and project finance. You will move beyond the “how-to” and master the “why,” developing the leadership mindset required for supervisory and junior managerial roles.

With the hospitality sector evolving rapidly toward digitalization and sustainable tourism, specialized qualifications are essential for career longevity. Our part-time study options allow you to maintain your current professional commitments while gaining the technical and managerial skills needed to oversee complex hospitality environments.
