By the end of this 2 day course participants should be able to:

  1. Identify assumptions at various levels of the business that may be enabling or hindering growth
  2. Meaningfully test the assumptions and report on the insights
  3. Apply creative problem solving skills within their own scope of work.
  4. Analyse specific business issues with a creative mindset and make recommendations
  5. Enhance creative thinking skills with team members.

This is a 2 day course (16 hours)

Total fees are $450 + GST

Subsidies are available of up to 90% (excl GST)

Absentee Payroll is available at $7.50/hour
