Welcome to the Hospitality Industry. These are the Fundamentals.

This course provides integrated training in hospitality operations, blending practical skills with essential management principles. The curriculum focuses on the seven core operational areas that form the backbone of the industry: lodging, food production, F&B cost control, front office, sales, marketing, and events. Graduates are prepared for accelerated progression into supervisory positions within hotels, resorts, and F&B venues.

  • Job-Ready Skills: Concentrated training designed to meet industry needs for “ready-to-work” personnel.Operational Expertise: Gain competency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and hospitality analytics.
  • Supervisory Path: Specifically designed to prepare students for entry-level operational and supervisory roles.

Full-Time:

6 months + 6 months
6 months of theory + 6 months industrial attachment
Note: In lieu of Industrial Attachment, students may opt for a 2-month Integrated Project.

This foundational diploma consists of 6 academic modules followed by an industrial placement or integrated project.

Minimum Age

17 years old

Academic Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 3 GCE O-Level passes (Grade C6 or better)

• Completion of 10 years of formal education (International Students)

• NITEC / Higher NITEC qualifications

• IGCSE Level passes

Mature Candidates

Applicants aged 30 and above with 8 years of relevant work experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

English Proficiency

• Grade C6 or better in GCE ‘O’ Level English

• IELTS 5.5 or equivalent

• Pass in English placement test
